You may report your Debit Card lost or stolen by either of the ways listed below.

Or you may contact a Customer Service Center Advisor immediately at 1-877-768-2265 (USA Only) to report your debit card lost or stolen. An Advisor will cancel your debit card and issue you a new card within our standard delivery timeframes of 5-7 business days.

IMPORTANT! If you have set up any pre-authorized payments, which are initiated through your debit card, you must notify the merchant directly to cancel your payments. Once you have received your new debit card number, you must contact the merchant to re-establish any pre-authorized payments.
